Unilever’s ‘Battle of The Lines’ is an initiative to boost the morale of workers on the shop floor by gamifying work.

Production lines are rated weekly based on metrics to know which line in of Unilever’s factories across Nigeria is the most efficient. The production line that emerges as winner is then duly rewarded.
